I love to pick the perfect gifts for our stockings (and honestly, I almost always go overboard on stocking stuffers!) because they’re one of my favorite parts of Christmas morning. We typically open stockings first thing and then sit and eat breakfast before opening the rest of our presents, so we try to choose things that will keep them busy while we wait for breakfast to cook!
Here are some of my favorite stocking stuffers for kids and adults alike:
Pick up a pack of leather bookmarks for the bibliophile in your family: The Book Mark ver 2.0 from Invite.L are a classy alternative to using a scrap of paper to hold your place!
Card games like UNO, Blink, Phase 10 and Skip Bo provide hours of fun without taking up the space fo traditional board games, and they’re the perfect size to fit in a stocking!
These Measuring Matroyshkas are for more than just decoration. Each piece is actually a standard size measuring cup — a fun stocking stuffer that’s both cute and useful!
When I was growing up, my dad always included some type of practical tool in our stockings. The Kikkerland Classic Survival Tool serves as a can opener, knife edge, screwdriver, ruler, 4 position wrench, butterfly screw wrench, saw blade, bottle opener, and more!
“Aruba, Jamaica…” I’ve always loved the classic Beach Boys songs, and they’ve just released a two-disc 50th Anniversary Collection with 50 of their greatest hits. This would make a great gift or stocking stuffer for any Beach Boys fan!
We’re hoping for a snowy winter this year, and this Flexible Flyer Snowball Maker is a fun way to prepare your snowballs for battle!
Say, “Ahhhh!” with this Metal Back Scratcher or a Scalp Head Massager
These Velvet Animal Style Finger Puppets are adorable! Stick them in a little pouch for a great on-the-go toy for the car, waiting at restaurants, etc.
ThinkFun toys really do make learning fun, and the ThinkFun Math Dice and ThinkFun Math Dice Jr. are a great way for kids to practice math facts while playing a game!
