This chocolate-peanut butter bark tastes just like a Reese’s Peanut Butter cup, and it only takes a few minutes to make. In fact, it took me longer to write out the recipe and download the pictures off my camera than it did to make it!
The end result is rich and smooth — the perfect treat to share with family and friends!
- 2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 2 ounces vanilla almond bark
In a small saucepan, melt chocolate chips over low heat. Line a baking sheet or bar pan with parchment paper and spread the melted chocolate evenly.
In the same saucepan (no need to clean it), melt vanilla almond bark and peanut butter, stirring until smooth. Slowly drizzle over chocolate layer. Use a knife or skewer to swirl the chocolate and peanut butter together.
Refrigerate for 30-60 minutes until solid and then break into pieces. Store in a tightly sealed container in the fridge or pantry.
