Each week here at Life Your Way, we focus on one five-day challenge. The challenges take place on a different channel each week and include small, measurable goals to help you improve your life.
This week’s challenge is to define your vision for some area of life and set goals to achieve them.
We first did this exercise a few weeks ago for bloggers, but it’s really valuable for a wide variety of goals. Perhaps you have a home-based business or are hopping to quit your day job to pursue your passion. Maybe you want to organize your home or have a more peaceful holiday season. Or maybe you want to eat healthier and get into shape or make some changes to be more “green”.
Defining your purpose, vision and detailed goals is an important part of moving toward them. It’s one thing to have an idea in your head, but taking the time to really write them out makes them clearer and easier to achieve.
Your challenge this week, should you choose to accept it, is to define your purpose, vision and goals for an area in your life where you’re setting goals. Use this Goals Worksheet to help you think through what you want to accomplish both in the short term as well as the long term.
