Easy Breakfast Parfait Recipe

  • ½ cup whole grain cereal or granola (preferably with nuts for a bit more stick-to-your-ribs qualities)
  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup fresh or frozen strawberries, blueberries or raspberries
  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
  1. In your favorite glass or bowl, layer ¼ cup cereal, ¼ cup yogurt and ¼ cup berries. Repeat. Drizzle with honey, if desired. Serve immediately with a spoon to your hungry child
