When we were at the Outer Banks this summer, I spotted the cutest little desktop accessories at Kitty Hawk Kites. They were little modern metal figures doing handstands and other fun tricks, just about 3-4” tall each. We didn’t get them, thinking we’d be able to find them again some other time, but I haven’t been able to track them down. In fact, I even called the store and while they still have a few, the person I spoke to couldn’t find any information about the manufacturer or where they came from.
But it got me thinking about unique desktop accessories – little things that brighten your day and make you smile. The vintage keys are definitely my favorite in this group, but I think they’re all kind of fun!
