When I first got the email with the opportunity to review a set of Rubbermaid Bento Boxes, I pictured little plastic lunch boxes, but these aren’t lunch boxes at all!
These bento boxes are so much better!
Rather than using these to pack a lunch, you can use them to organize the things you use and touch on a daily basis, such as office supplies, magazines, accessories, video games and more.
With built-in Flex Dividers, the inside of each box can be customized, creating smaller compartments that perfectly organize the inside of your box.
Each box also includes a Bento Topper, which can be used as a lid for your box or flipped upside down to serve as a tray.
But what I really love about these boxes is that they’re sturdy and covered in a high-quality polyester fabric that is both beautiful and easy to clean.
I was sent a set of these boxes in paprika (like the picture at the top of this post), and I was almost giddy as I was unpacking them. Not only are they an organizer’s dream, but they are the most beautiful color! My husband was almost as smitten as I was, and we immediately made plans to purchase several of the smaller boxes in white to help organize our bathroom storage.
In the meantime, I put the paprika boxes to good use, moving all of our current homeschool materials into the largest box since we had recently outgrown my previous system. I used the large square box to organize my “mobile office” with the smallest box inside to hold pens, pencils, etc. And the Bento Topper from the smaller rectangle box has become our “inbox” to hold all of the things that I know need my attention sooner rather than later.
In short (ha!), I am impressed by the design and functionality of these boxes, and I’m pretty confident that you will be too!
