Last year, Jennifer from Saving and Giving shared her Chocolate Chip Cheeseball recipe with us. This year, my mom discovered another version…the peanut butter cheeseball!
With peanut butter and powdered sugar blended with cream cheese and covered in peanut butter and chocolate chips, what’s not to love!
Serve with chocolate-dipped or plain pretzels, graham cracker sticks, apple slices or whatever you have on hand.
- 8 oz. cream cheese, room temperature
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 3⁄4 cup creamy peanut butter
- 3 tablespoons packed brown sugar
- 3⁄4 cup milk chocolate chips
- 3⁄4 cup peanut butter chips
Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, peanut butter and brown sugar until smooth.
Spoon the mixture onto a large piece of wax paper. Gather the four corners and twist together to form into a ball.
Freeze until firm (1-1.5 hours). While you’re waiting, mix the peanut butter and chocolate chips in a large bowl.
Roll the ball in the chips until fully covered.
Refreeze ball for at least two hours. If you freeze it overnight, be sure to thaw for 20-30 minutes before serving.
