A couple weeks ago, I shared our method for cutting up a fresh pineapple. Although we mostly just eat the chunks plain as a snack or side, these recipes have my mouth watering, from the yummy cinnamon rings to the pineapple chicken.
Of course you can substitute fresh or canned in any of these recipes, although there’s really no comparison between the two, in my opinion, so I’ll be testing these with fresh!
