Order Questions

I didn’t receive my download link.
Your download link is sent automatically via email immediately after your purchase. Be sure to check your spam folder, as the email confirmation could be stuck in spam! Emails are sent to the email address associated with your Paypal account, so be sure to check that inbox as well.

My download link has expired.
If your download link expires before you’re able to download your files, please email [email protected] so that we can reactivate it for you. Be sure to forward your confirmation email so that we can easily pull it up in our records!

Can you send my order to a different email address?
Our system automatically sends download links to the email address associated with your Paypal account. If you’ve received the email and want to forward it to another personal email address, you’re welcome to do that. If you no longer have access to the original email address, please email [email protected] (be sure to include the email address associated with your Paypal account so that we can verify your order), and we will send that email manually.

My eCheck Payment has cleared my bank, but I haven’t received my downloads.
Unfortunately, once the payment clears your bank, it still takes a couple days to clear Paypal. You should receive an email with a download link within three business days after your purchase was made. (If not, be sure to check your spam, as those are sent automatically!)

How do I open the ebooks on my iPhone, iPod or iPad?
Click on each link in the email to download the individual books. This opens the ebook but does not save it to your device. Click on the icon in the upper right corner and select Open in Safari. Once the ebook opens in the browser, tap in the middle of the screen. You should then see options to open/save the ebook in specific apps on your device, i.e. the Kindle, iBooks or Dropbox app. (If you don’t have one of those free apps installed, install the app first and then download the book.)

If you’ve order a printables download pack, those files come packaged in a .zip folder. These are best managed on a computer (simply right click and select “Extract All”, or you will need a special app to open them on your mobile device.

How do I read the ebooks on my Kindle or Kindle app?
Amazon makes it easy to read a variety of documents on your Kindle or Kindle app with the send-to-Kindle feature. Read more here.

How do I load the files to other mobile devices?
On most tablets, you should be able to download the PDF files directly to your device by clicking on the links in your email confirmation from your tablet. For e-readers and tablets that don’t support file download, simply download the files on your computer and then transfer them via USB cord to your device.

Can I get a refund because…I already have these ebooks, I didn’t realize these were ebooks and not physical books, etc.?

Can I sign up as an affiliate?
We love affiliates! Sign up as an affiliate and earn 50% of each ebook or download pack and 33% of each course sold through your link.
