Our system also sends a separate email automatically to your Paypal address which contains your download links or course access instructions. You should receive that email right away, but if you don’t see it in your inbox or spam folder and you’d like an email copy, please forward your order receipt to [email protected] and we will send them to you manually.

Please note that the download links expire in 30 days, so you’ll want to download those right away. If life gets in the way and they expire, simply send us an email and we will reactivate them for you!

Answers to frequently asked questions:

[expand title=”Can you send my order to a different email address?” startwrap=”” endwrap=”“]Our system automatically sends download links to the email address associated with your Paypal account. If you’d like your order sent to a different email address, please email [email protected] with the email address associated with your Paypal account so that we can verify your order and send that email manually.[/expand]

[expand title=”How do I open the file on my iPhone, iPod or iPad?” startwrap=”” endwrap=”“]For ebook purchases, click on each link in the email to download the individual books. This opens the ebook but does not save it to your device. Click on the icon in the upper right corner and select Open in Safari. Once the ebook opens in the browser, tap in the middle of the screen. You should then see options to open/save the ebook in specific apps on your device, i.e. the Kindle, iBooks or Dropbox app. (If you don’t have one of those free apps installed, install the app first and then download the book.)

However, the printables are packaged within several .zip folders because there are more than 300 individual files. These are best downloaded to your computer. Once you’ve downloaded them, simply right click each folder and select Extract All to unzip the folders. In order to download them to an iPhone or iPad, you will need a special app that can work with .zip folders.[/expand]

[expand title=”How do I read the ebook on my Kindle or Kindle app?” startwrap=”” endwrap=”“]Amazon makes it easy to read a variety of documents on your Kindle or Kindle app with the send-to-Kindle feature. Read more here.[/expand]

[expand title=”How do I load the ebook to other mobile devices?” startwrap=”” endwrap=”“]On most tablets, you should be able to download the PDF files directly to your device by clicking on the links in your email confirmation from your tablet. For e-readers and tablets that don’t support file download, simply download the files on your computer and then transfer them via USB cord to your device.[/expand]

[expand title=”My eCheck Payment has cleared my bank, but I haven’t received my downloads.” startwrap=”” endwrap=”“]Unfortunately, once the payment clears your bank, it still takes a couple days to clear Paypal. You should receive an email with a download link within three business days after your purchase was made. (If not, be sure to check your spam, as those are sent automatically!)[/expand]
