Weekend Reading: April 21, 2012

pony rides

It’s been a fun week here!

My grandmother is here visiting from Florida, and we’ve been keeping her busy — lunches and dinners with family and friends, field trips, picnics, roller skating and more. It’s been refreshing to turn off the computer for hours at a time and just focus on the people I love!

On Thursday we went to learn about ponies — and have a mini riding lesson — with a group of homeschoolers from our church. The girls had so much fun, and even our youngest got to ride! The next couple of weeks are filled with even more fun…a perfect way to transition from spring to summer!

Psst…I’ve got some great giveaways lined up for my birthday this Tuesday, April 24th, so you’ll want to watch for those!

Here are some of my favorite posts from this week. As always, check out what I’m reading to see the other posts that make me stop and think. You’ll find new posts all week long!
