On Tuesday, my hubby dropped the girls and I off at the airport and we boarded a plane for sunny, hot and humid Florida! We’ll be spending a few days down here with my parents and other family and friends while Sean works on finishing up the girls’ built-in bunk beds, laying new flooring upstairs and various other house projects.
Despite the lack of sleep I’ve gotten the first couple of nights, we’re enjoying relaxing in the pool, taking walks and spending time with Nona and Pop before our new school year officially starts in just a couple of weeks! (Truthfully, I brought our math CD with us so the big girls could finish this year’s work before the new school year started…only to realize I didn’t have the CD I needed to install it on my computer. So it will be even more of a break than we had planned!)
Here are some of my favorite posts from this week. As always, check out what I’m reading and what I’m pinning to see the other posts that make me stop and think (or, you know, drool…). You’ll find new posts all week long!
