Although my Dad is an incredible artist, I’ve never been able to draw more than a stick figure, so it’s really fun to see my girls’ love of art develop. Our oldest has been borrowing drawing books from the library for the past few months, drawing everything from kittens and safari animals to mythical creatures and ancient Egypt. Having these guide books has increased her confidence, and I love watching her create.
Last week a reader pointed out that my “what I’m reading” link has been broken for quite a while. Oops! It’s fixed now, so check out what I’m reading to see the other posts that make me stop and think. You’ll find new posts all week long!
