
We are loving apple season this year.
The apples are amazing (crisp and juicy and delicious!), our fridge drawers are bursting to full with apples and the girls are eating multiple apples every day. It’s our very own applepalooza, as coined by my 8 year old.
So far we’ve picked a bushel of apples and purchased a bushel of drops. If I had more jars and knew how to can (I am so intimidated by the process even though everyone says I don’t need to be), I’d buy even more and can enough applesauce to last us the year!
