Suppose you’re on the road for a spontaneous holiday, a business trip, or a long-awaited break. In that case, you’ll certainly accept that choosing a restaurant for food is an important part of making your trip memorable. Many people prefer trying local cuisine for a true immersion into their temporary home, even though many of the best places aren’t marketed and can be difficult to find. When traveling to Mena, Arkansas, USA, the first thing to decide is a hotel to stay. It will be cherry on top if the hotel has a complimentary breakfast included. For that, I personally find Sassafras Inn hotel in Mena an amazing choice.

5 Best Breakfast Spots in Mena

Therefore, we have compiled everything you need to know about the best places to eat in Mena below.

1. The Skyline Cafe

The Skyline Café is Mena’s most famous breakfast and dinner spot. This amazing little dive has enough for everybody.

A fantastic place to have a bite to eat. Not only is the food delicious, but the staff is also very pleasant and helpful—a country breakfast in the form of a home-cooked meal. There is an alternative for “all-day” coffee. So far, this is the best place to go while traveling around Mena.

Eggs, sausage, hash browns, and pancakes are on the breakfast menu. Children adore the popular Banana Bread French Toast. Food is cheap, and meal portions are generous. When you’ve finished your breakfast, you’ll be stuffed.

2. Sherwood Bistro

Sherwood Bistro is another excellent breakfast spot in Mena. They have a scrumptious breakfast menu; build a potato, soup & salad, and a variety of sandwiches.

The croissant sandwich would be a hit for you. Sodas, coffee, and tea are available as beverages. They have a delicious vanilla peach tea on the menu.

Often worth trying are the cinnamon rolls and the chili with cornbread waffles. They have excellent service and a delicious breakfast. Highly recommended!

3. Queen’s

This restaurant is one of the best places at Mena to eat. Delicious Southern food is served all year at Queen Wilhelmina Lodge. Breakfast is available from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.

While having breakfast, large windows and the room’s private balcony have sweeping views of Rich Mountain. Weddings, anniversary parties, birthdays, anniversaries, and other special events will benefit from private dining.

This Mena breakfast spot is fantastic, but it’s not about the food. What you’ll get here is outstanding, welcoming service as well as the incredible comfort of eating a sit-down meal while remaining inside the park.

4. Subway

I believe the Subway is the only place in the world that will never disappoint you. However, in Mena, this breakfast spot has an amazing menu. The Black Forest Ham, Egg & Cheese Signature Wrap is a must-try.

I personally love their steak. No matter what side of the bed you wake up on, you’ll love this breakfast. Delicious egg with tender and juicy steak topped with melty cheese. That is one lovely breakfast.

Subway in Mena is kept beautifully tidy, and the service is consistently excellent. If you’re in a hurry, there’s a drive-up window where you can pick up call-in orders.

5. Taco Bell

If you’re looking for a Mexican breakfast in Mena, Taco Bell is the place to go. It’s a fast-food restaurant in Mena with a Mexican theme. The $5 Double Stacked Tacos Box, Crunchwrap Supreme, Fiesta Taco Salad, and Chalupa Supreme are some of the new classics on the menu, with the classic burritos and tacos as well.

They have an amazing service with a delicious breakfast.

Finding a great place in Mena for breakfast is not a difficult task. But, because we all know that traveling and always being on the roadway can be exhausting at times, take a few hours to rest and eat your breakfast.

Breakfast in a cool spot is always a good idea; just go for a couple of hours and enjoy the peace and quiet.

I can guarantee you that all of the above Mena restaurants on this list are worth visiting!
