Traveling can be stressful, but this travel itinerary makes it easier to keep track of your flights and hotel information so that you have one less thing to worry about. Whether you’re traveling for work or vacation, use this itinerary to write down the details of your trip, and don’t forget to make copies for anyone who should also have this information! Make several copies for each person that is traveling. If you get separated, they will know where to go for some reason.
The travel itinerary includes a place to write your flight information, including the flight number, departure times, and arrival times. You might want to write down the gate number when you get your tickets.
There is a place to write down the hotel where you will be staying, their phone number, and address. This is very helpful if you are taking a taxi from the airport to the hotel. If you are out sightseeing and lost your way, the itinerary will be helpful in asking someone for help. This is especially important if you are in a foreign country and don’t speak the language. Just point to the address on the itinerary, and they will help you find your way back.
