One week you might try Italian food, the next you could focus on Mexican, the week after that you could try Japanese. There are so many things to explore and dishes to try, and it will really allow you to push the boat out and practice your skills in the kitchen.

Having a good meal on hand in the freezer means that you won’t be tempted by a takeaway or some other type of food. You should definitely think about batch cooking your lunches, too, if you know that you are more likely to head out and grab something that might not be the best for you.
