I love Valentine’s Day, and this year we’ll be Finding Cupid through crafts, treats, printables and more, with plenty of opportunities for other bloggers to share the things they’re doing in daily link parties. And be sure to download the free Finding Cupid ebook!
My parents always made sherbert punch in a bowl for parties when I was growing up, but for a fun twist and less mess, consider making sherbert floats in individual glasses or cups instead.
To add a special touch, tie a ribbon around the rim of each glass and/or make fun straw toppers by cutting a heart out of felt. Then add two slits (no wider than the straw) to slip the straw through.
- pineapple juice, optional
Add a generous scoop of sherbert to each jar.
If using pineapple juice, pour on top of the sherbert until the jar is about 1/3 full.
Fill with gingerale and let sit for at least 15 minutes so that the flavors can mix. To add more bubbles, top with a bit more gingerale when you’re ready to serve!
