I’ve loved the two-year-old stage with this little girl, and it’s hard to believe she’s now three! We’ve been through a lot together, from her emergency c-section when we discovered she was footling breech while I was in labor to her diagnosis with idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura (a blood disorder that causes the platelets in the blood to drop suddenly and drastically) and the blood tests, doctor visits and hospital stay that followed. She’s a daily reminder not to take things for granted. Happy birthday, sweet girl!
