We’ve talked about freezer cooking quite a bit, but one thing we haven’t spent a lot of time talking about is how to ensure the quality of the food your freezing. Most food can be frozen for incredibly long periods of time without spoiling, but at some point, the quality starts to decline.
There is no perfect agreement about how long foods can be frozen before this happens, but I read through a ton of different lists to try to create a middle-of-the-road cheat sheet that you can use in your kitchen.
